Thorough 5S factory: We strive to protect the work environment based on 5S and promote "show" sales.
・ Number of production: Approximately 230 million / month can be produced
・ Zinc plating: Can be dyed
・ Others: Surface / core hardness, plating film thickness / corrosion resistance, baking time, etc. can be flexibly responded to customer needs.
・ About outsourced plating: Electroless nickel, electric nickel (under copper), etc. It is also possible to utilize Japanese companies and VN local manufacturers in the suburbs of Hanoi.
Secondary cutting processing for pressed products is possible. For complicated shapes that cannot be formed by heading alone, we can provide them at a lower cost than cutting alone by dealing with heading and cutting.
